Terms and Conditions
- The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older with an Identity Verified Coins.ph Account. Participation is limited to users based in the Philippines.
- A user can deposit in one go or accumulate over time within the promo period.
- BTC amount awarded is based on net BTC deposit which is calculated as: Total BTC Deposits - Total BTC Withdrawals.
- When BTC is deposited/withdrawn, the BTC to PHP rate on the time of the deposit/withdrawal will be used for net deposit calculations.
- Cashbacks from the prize pool will be rewarded to eligible users on a first-come, first-served basis based on first deposit date & time.
- Rewards will be disbursed to users’ accounts and are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
- Winners will be notified via email within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the promo period.
- Rewards will be credited to the winners’ Coins.ph wallet within twenty (20) working days after the end of the promo period.
- Any disputes concerning the conduct of this Promotion will be resolved by Coins.ph at its sole discretion.
