It’s been a volatile few weeks in the crypto and payments ecosystem space since the Silvergate crisis, Silicon Valley Bank collapse and even the depegging of a stablecoin $USDC. Despite the latest events, we remain committed to our users' feedback and prospects for crypto and payments innovation in the Philippines and beyond.

Introducing #BuildCoins, a continual two-way channel to connect, champion and integrate our users’ feedback into our product roadmap and development.

Crypto Conversions to be excluded from Cash In Limits

For the past years, crypto conversions transactions were calculated in your cash in limits. Given how reactive the crypto market is, the calculation of crypto conversions would have restricted your transactions and trading behavior.

In response, converting cryptocurrency to Peso is no longer counted toward your limits.

Only transactions such as cashing in Pesos to your wallet, cashing out funds from your wallet to a non-Coins.ph account and receiving Pesos payments from another Coins.ph account will be counted towards your monthly cash in limits.

Transactions scenarios to be calculated towards your cash limits:
