• Receive one (1) transaction of 5 FDUSD or more starting October 10 to December 31, 2024 to qualify for the draw each month. For example, to qualify for the October draw, you must have an eligible transaction from October 10 to 31, 2024.   
• The transfer must be an on-chain transaction (Coins to Coins transfers are not included)

Terms and Conditions: 

1. The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older with a KYC account that is Identity Verified 
2. Participation is limited to users based in the Philippines.
3. To qualify for the monthly raffle draw, you must receive at least one (1) eligible transaction for that month. An eligible transaction is a single on-chain transfer of 5 FDUSD or more. 
4. To qualify for the October draw, an eligible transaction must be received between October 10 to 31, 2024. For the November draw, an eligible transaction must be received from November 1 to 30, 2024. For the December draw, an eligible transaction must be received from December 1 to 31, 2024. 
5. Winners will be announced within the first ten (10) working days of the succeeding month. 
6. Winners will receive their prize within ten (10) working days after the winners announcement. 
7. Rewards will be disbursed to the winners’ Coins.ph accounts and are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
8. Any disputes concerning the conduct of this Program will be resolved by Coins.ph at its sole discretion.
9. By participating in this Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
10. Coins.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, program period, and reward distribution, at its sole discretion. 
11. Coins.ph reserves the rights to disqualify and exclude users who are involved in any dishonest or fraudulent behaviors (i.e. illegally bulk registered accounts, market manipulation, etc.).
