What is Paleng-QR PH?
The Paleng-QR Ph program is an initiative by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) to build the digital payments ecosystem in the Philippines by promoting cashless payments in public markets and local transportation. Tricycle drivers and market vendors are educated on the ease of accepting digital payments via QR PH, the national standard for QR payment.
Coins.ph’ QR Codes are QR PH compliant, where users can open the Coins.ph app to scan any QR-PH transactions.
