Mechanics:
- Prize Pools and Snapshot Dates: Throughout the promo period, we will announce several token prize pools and their respective snapshot dates. Your PHPC holdings on these snapshot dates will determine your Rewards Tier.
- Rewards Allocation: The prize pool allocation per tier will be divided equally among the users in each tier. Holding more PHPC boosts your Rewards Tier, positioning you for a larger portion of the prize pool.
- Tier Advancement: You can move up the Rewards Tiers during the promo period by buying and holding more PHPC.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Program is designed to reward Coins.ph users based on their PHPC holdings.
2. The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, with an Identity Verified Account.
3. The program is extended beyond August 31, 2024. Coins.ph reserves the right to extend or shorten the program period at its discretion.
4. Winners for each prize pool will be announced within ten (10) working days after the snapshot is taken.
5. Rewards will be reflected in the Coins.ph wallet of the winners within fifteen (15) working days after the winners announcement.
6. Rewards are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
7. Coins.ph reserves the right to cancel or amend the mechanics at its sole discretion including which tokens will be eligible for the program and the percentage of rewards to be received.
7. Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Coins.ph's privacy policy.
8. Any disputes concerning the conduct of this Program will be resolved by Coins.ph at its sole discretion.
