Posporo brings the heat into Filipino dishes by spicing it up with Mexican cuisine. This “Taqueria Filipina” inside Hole in the Wall at Century Mall lets you customize your order so you can have your Fil-Mex favorites just the way you like them.

You start by choosing a base of either tacos, burritos, tostadas, or rice. The bases all come with their own matching sides – a melange of Mexican and Filipino classics like salsa, atchara, and burong mangga.

Next, choose from their unique meat toppings selections. Try the Sarsi Adobo Carnitas, which uses classic Filipino root beer brand Sarsi to sweeten their adobo carnitas. There are also Pinoy favorites like crunchy sisig (try this with crispy tacos!) and chicken inasal.

For the health conscious, you can go vegetarian with their Baja Fish burritos, or spicy soy longganisa. Order these on tostadas, which come with a heap of salad. For the extra hungry, you can order additional sides to go with your meal. Their burritos come in pretty big servings, so a regular platter of that can fill you up quire nicely. Since Posporo doesn’t scrimp on spices, their cucumber-calamansi cooler works really well to cleanse the palate.
