Terms and Conditions
- Activity period is from September 22, 2022 (6PM PHT) to October 5, 2022 (6PM PHT).
- This activity is only available to users from the Philippines who have completed ID and Selfie verification (Level 2).
- Users will earn a corresponding raffle entry for a chance to receive a mystery cryptmas gift when they complete the following tasks within the activity period:
- Task 1: Follow @coinsph on Twitter and retweet the activity announcement. Please make sure your Twitter account is public so we can verify your entries.
- Task 2: Participants must successfully cash in PHP to your Coins.ph wallet with a minimum value of ₱100 in a single transaction.
- Task 3: Participants must complete this form to confirm their participation. Users who fail to complete the form will not be eligible to participate in the activity.
- 1,000 winners will be chosen from this activity based on raffle. The raffle draw date will be on October 13, 2022. Winners will receive an email notification within 14 business days after activity ends on October 5, 2022 (PHT). The winners will receive one of the following mystery cryptmas gifts: 550 winners receive ₱30 in SHIB, 215 winners each receive ₱40 in BTC, 120 winners each receive ₱50 in LINK, 50 winners each receive ₱60 in CHZ, 20 winners each receive ₱70 in MANA, 20 winners each receive ₱80 in YGG, 20 winners each receive ₱90 in LOOKS, 1 winner receive ₱100 in GALA, 1 winner receive ₱500 in SHIB, 1 winner receive ₱1,000 in XRP, 1 winner receive ₱5,000 in BTC, 1 winner receive ₱10,000 in ETH
- The winner shall shoulder the 20% prize tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
- An eligible participant may only win once during the activity period if he or she is picked as a winner from raffle. Once picked, the name of the eligible participant will already be removed from the list of eligible participants.
- In the event where an existing Coins user is chosen as a winner and has made multiple eligible transactions during the activity period, he or she will only be rewarded with 1 mystery cryptmas gift.
- The mystery cryptmas gifts will be distributed to winners’ wallet addresses within 14 working days after activity ends on October 5, 2022 (6PM PHT). Winners can check their rewards via Coins App > Crypto.
- The mystery cryptmas gifts will be distributed in accordance with the cryptocurrency rate as of September 22, 2022.
- Transactions on Coins Pro are not included in the promotion.
- All employees of Coins.ph, their affiliates and partners, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
- Coins reserves the right to cancel or amend the Activity or Activity Rules at its sole discretion.
- Illegally bulk or fraudulently registered accounts shall not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
- Coins.ph has the right to exclude users for suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- This promotion is regulated per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-151559 Series of 2022.
