HOW TO EARN A RAFFLE ENTRY?

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Promo period is December 30, 2022 to January 30, 2023.
- Customers must be residing in the Philippines and their Coins.ph account must be ID and Selfie verified to qualify for the raffle (“Eligible Participants”).
- All Eligible Participants who, during the promo period, successfully make a Western Union cash in or receive money transaction in the Coins.ph platform worth at least ₱500 in a single transaction, and fill out the participation form (https://bit.ly/3FWButD) automatically earn one (1) raffle entry (“Qualified Transaction”).
- Eligible Participants may earn multiple raffle entries.
- Filling out the participation form after cashing in or receiving Western Union funds worth at least ₱500 in a single transaction is necessary to receive a raffle entry. Participation form: https://bit.ly/3FWButD
- A participating customer is required to fill out the participation form once during the promo period regardless of the number of eligible transactions made (e.g. if during the promo period, a customer cashed in/ received remittance worth at least ₱500 in 4 different transactions, he is only required to fill out the participation form once, but will receive 4 raffle entries for the draw).
- Eligible Participants get a chance to win the following prizes:
- 1 winner of ₱100,000
- 2 winners of ₱50,000
- 5 winners of ₱15,000
- The winners shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
- Eligible Participants may win only once during the entire promo period.
- Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw with the supervision of a DTI representative on February 3, 2023.
- Coins.ph shall notify the winners via registered mail and social media announcement.
- Upon receipt of the notification, the winner should immediately contact Coins.ph. Contact details will be provided through a notification mail as well as the process of claiming their prize.
- The prizes will be credited to the winners’ registered Coins.ph wallet account within 10 working days upon winners’ confirmation.
- Winners must be able to confirm within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited in favor of Coins.ph with prior approval from DTI.
- Transactions that are processed before or after the promo period shall not be eligible for the promotion.
- Transactions that cannot be processed are not eligible for the promotion.
- Winners will not be able to choose the color or variant of the raffle prizes.
- Maximum of one Coins.ph account per individual.
- Coins.ph and Western Union employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
- Coins.ph reserves the right to use the names, images and videos of the winners for publicity and promotion purposes without further compensation.
- Coins.ph reserves the right to disqualify customers from the Promotion for fraudulent transactions, incorrect customer data, or promo abuse, which may be determined by Coins.ph in their sole discretion.
