Just as the new year starts, so many new exciting features are coming your way on Coins!
Note:
- For existing coins users, your balance will not be affected with these updates. Login via the Coins.ph app to see your balance.
- The 2 factor authentication, or 2FA, for the app and web are separate. When logging in to the app, the 2FA will be the one bound to the Coins.ph website or app. For logging in on web, the 2FA will be the one bound within the Coins Pro site.
Watch out for these major updates on Coins.ph website:
New landing page featuring Coins Pro
When logging in to Coins.ph, with the official url https://coins.ph/ on the web, you will be redirected to our new landing page on Coins Pro. This may all look new, but don’t worry, you’re on the right site. You will be able to log in here using your current Coins.ph email/phone and password.
Cash In & Out, Buy Load, Pay Bills, and other services available only on Coins app
Aside from Coins Pro services, you may only see your account details and identity verification or your current verification level on the web. The rest of our well-loved services such as buying load, paying bills and cashing in or out are only available on the Coins.ph app. Download the app on Apple Store, Google Playstore or Huawei AppGallery.
Default account limits shown under Identity Verification
Under Identity Verification, you can see what verification level you are currently on. Below, you will be shown the default cash in and cash out limits for each level. Should you want to see your updated daily, monthly, and annual limits usage you may do so via the Coins app.
For accounts that have Custom Limits, the default limits of Address Verification will be shown to you on the web. However, please know that your approved Custom Limits are still available to you. You may refer to your updated limits on the Coins app.
