How to be eligible for the SafePal hardware wallet?

Customers earn a raffle entry upon completing the following tasks within the promo period:

Failure to fill out the Participation Form makes the participant ineligible for the promo.
Raffle draw will be conducted on March 16, 2023 with a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Ten (10) eligible participants will win one (1) SafePal Hardware Wallet each.

Terms and Conditions
1. Activity period is from March 6, 2023 to March 13, 2023.
2. Participants earn 1x raffle entry upon completing the following:
a. Purchase any Google Play product (subscription, application, in-game credits, etc) using Coins.ph wallet.
b. Fill out this Participation Form: https://bit.ly/3KOO3Lt
c. Bonus Task: Earn additional 2x raffle entries when you type in your SafePal Software Wallet address in the Participation Form. How to create a SafePal Software Wallet?
Note: The additional raffle entries from the Bonus Task shall only be credited once the participant is able to complete task a.
3. Ten (10) eligible participants will be randomly selected, and will win 1x SafePal hardware wallet each.
4. The raffle draw will be on March 20, 2023.
5. A participant earns one (1) raffle entry for every successful purchase of any Google Play products during the promo period.
6. A participant shall only fill out the Participation Form once during the promo period regardless of the number of Google Play transactions.
7. A dedicated Coins.ph Team will verify the eligible raffle entries of participants based on their number of Google Play transactions, and if they are able to complete the Bonus Task.
8. The additional raffle entries from the Bonus Task shall only be credited once the participant is able to complete task a which is to purchase any Google Play product.
9. Eligible Participants may win only once during the entire promo period.
10. Eligible transactions from March 6, 2023 up to and including March 13, 2023 wil; be included in the raffle draw.
11. Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw with the supervision of a DTI representative on March 20, 2023.
12. Coins.ph shall notify the winners about the instructions on how to claim the SafePal hardware wallet via registered mail and social media announcement.
13. Winners must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited in favor of Coins.ph with prior approval from DTI.
14. Transactions that are processed before or after the promo period shall not be eligible for the promotion.
15. Transactions that cannot be processed are not eligible for the promotion.
16. Maximum of one Coins.ph account per individual.
17. Coins.ph employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
18. Coins.ph reserves the right to use the names, images and videos of the winners for publicity and promotion purposes without further compensation.
19. Coins.ph reserves the right to disqualify customers from the Promotion for fraudulent transactions, incorrect customer data, or promo abuse, which may be determined by Coins.ph in their sole discretion.
20. Customers’ Google Play purchase must be processed and settled successfully during the promo period to be eligible for the promo.
21. Coins.ph reserves the right to stop crediting of rewards for fraudulent transactions, incorrect customer data, or promo abuse.
