HOW TO BUY LOAD FROM COINS
- Log in to Coins.ph account
- Complete Level 2 verification - this is step is applicable to those who have not completed Level 2 verification yet
- Once Level 2 verified:
Step 1: Click on Buy Load under Coins Services
Step 2: Type in the mobile number to load
Step 3: Select Globe / TM Prepaid as provide
Step 4: Select the participating Globe or TM load product that you wish to avail
Step 5: Slide on Slide to Pay to complete your transaction
4. The load purchase will reflect on the mobile number you entered.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Customers must be residing in the Philippines, and their Coins.ph account must be Level 2 (ID and Selfie verified) to qualify for the promo.
- Promo period is from March 10 to March 31, 2023.
- Eligible Participants earn corresponding raffle entries for every successful transaction of the participating load products and upon filling out of the Participation Form: https://bit.ly/3YsHx0k
- All Qualified Transactions from March 10 to March 31, 2023 will be included in the Grand Draw. Eligible Participants may win once during the Grand Draw regardless if they have already won during the weekly draws.
- The customer who successfully purchased the participating load product/s, and not the recipient (mobile number loaded), shall be eligible for the raffle entries.
- Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw with the supervision of a DTI on April 12, 2023.
- Winners will be contacted via SMS or call by a Globe Prepaid representative to validate all details before awarding the prizes. Once validated, the Globe Prepaid representative will coordinate with the winner on how they can receive their prizes.
- The Travel Package includes free flight and hotel accommodation (3D2N) for two people. Prize will be given in the form of a Travel Certificate.
- Winners may get in touch with the contact person indicated in the Travel Certificate to schedule their preferred travel date to Boracay.
- Travel Certificate is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Travel Certificate is valid until April 12, 2024 only.
- Winners must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited in favor of Coins.ph with prior approval from DTI.
- Transactions that are processed before or after the promo period shall not be eligible for the promotion.
- Transactions that cannot be processed are not eligible for the promotion.
- Maximum of one Coins.ph account per individual.
- Coins.ph and Globe/ TM employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
- Coins.ph reserves the right to use the names, images and videos of the winners for publicity and promotion purposes without further compensation.
- Coins.ph reserves the right to disqualify customers from the Promotion for fraudulent transactions, incorrect customer data, or promo abuse, which may be determined by Coins.ph in their sole discretion.
