The inaugural event will be held on March 27 - 29, 2023, bringing together Bitcoin thought leaders, builders, investors and general enthusiasts from around the world to network and discuss Bitcoin.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE EVENT
Be ready to meet your fellow Bitcoiners and dozens of industry leaders — founders, builders and investors from around the globe.
Day Zero
On Saturday (March 25th) and Sunday (March 26th), people will arrive on the island, where walking tours will be offered to everyone to explore the wonders of Boracay.
Before the event, guests will be invited to witness the beautiful sunset and white sands of Boracay at the Kasbar Moroccan Bar.
Day One and Two: Main Track
On Monday (March 27th) and Tuesday (March 28th), you can experience the following:
Birds of a Feather
Before the retreat and at registration, people will nominate, combine, discuss and vote on topics for BoF talks.
Speed Stage and Circular Introductions
At the event, e “Makers or Doers '' may take the stage for 45 seconds to introduce their expertise or what expertise they are seeking. The Makers will be seated in a circle, where others will be able to interact with every Maker for 1 minute.
Keynotes
Main stage presentations that will give important news and exciting updates from guest speakers .
Tag in Discussion Session
For a Tag in Discussion, four people will come on stage to discuss a specific topic in a free-wheeling discussion, inviting one audience member to participate in.
Parallel Education Track
The parallel education track will be sessions that are prepared in advance and are hands-on sessions that will help you learn helpful insights on the industry.
Day Three and Beyond
On Wednesday (March 29th) onwards, casually enjoy the island and get to know your fellow island buddies! Connect with each other by visiting different coffee shops on the island that are powered by Pouch.ph.
