Note: Failure to complete either of the two tasks above will make you ineligible for the raffle.This promo is open to Level 2 verified Coins.ph users only.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Customers must be residing in the Philippines, and their Coins.ph account must be Level 2 (ID and Selfie verified) to qualify for the promo.
- Promo period is from December 7, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
- Customers will be eligible for a raffle entry when they fill out the form AND purchase a minimum amount of P20 Globe/ TM/ Globe at Home load via Coins.ph during the promo period.
- Eligible Participants will get the chance to win the following prizes:
- Grand Prize: One (1) winner of Samsung Z Flip 3 128 GB, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 and Samsung Galaxy Watch 5
- Consolation Prize: Five (5) winners of P2,000 worth of electronic Coins.ph crypto voucher
- Consolation Prize: Ten (10) winners of P1,000 worth of electronic Coins.ph crypto voucher
- Customers who register to the form will receive one raffle entry for every successful purchase of Globe/ TM/ Globe at Home load via Coins.ph during the promo period (P20 minimum purchase requirement).
- Customers who fill out the form, but do not have any successful purchase of Globe/ TM/ Globe at Home load during the promo period will NOT be eligible for a raffle entry, and would not be part of the raffle draw.
- Customers must only fill out the form once regardless of the number of successful Globe/ TM/ Globe at Home load purchases during the promo period.
- Once the promo period has ended, a designated Coins.ph representative will verify the raffle entries earned by a customer based on his/ her number of successful transactions during the promo period. The number of verified Globe load transactions will correspond to the number of raffle entries of the customer during the raffle draw.
- Customers must fill out the form and purchase Globe/ TM/ Globe at Home load during the promo period.
- The customer who purchased the Globe/ TM/ Globe at Home load, and not the recipient of the load, shall be eligible for the raffle entries.
- An eligible participant may only win once during the raffle draw on January 5, 2023.
- Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw with the supervision of a DTI on the dates stated above.
- Coins.ph shall notify the winners via email and social media announcement.
- Upon receipt of the notification, the winner should immediately contact Coins.ph. Contact details will be provided through a notification email as well as the process of claiming their prize.
- The grand prize (Samsung products) will be shipped to the winner’s PH address once the winner confirms via email.
- The consolation prizes (electronic crypto vouchers) will be sent to the winners’ indicated email addresses in the participation form.
- Winners must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon notification shall be forfeited in favor of Coins.ph with prior approval from DTI.
- Transactions that are processed before or after the promo period shall not be eligible for the promotion.
- Transactions that cannot be processed are not eligible for the promotion.
- Maximum of one Coins.ph account per individual.
- Coins.ph and Globe employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
- Coins.ph reserves the right to use the names, images and videos of the winners for publicity and promotion purposes without further compensation.
- Coins.ph reserves the right to disqualify customers from the Promotion for fraudulent transactions, incorrect customer data, or promo abuse, which may be determined by Coins.ph in their sole discretion.
- This promotion is regulated per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-157041 Series of 2022.
